Return policy

cancellation

We accept cancellation of the order before the product is manufactured or shipped. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been delivered.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returning products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.
The customer will be charged the shipping costs at most once (including return). Customers are not charged a return fee for returning a product.

Refund (if applicable)

As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and the balance will automatically be returned to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time, please contact your bank next. Refunds usually require some processing time. If you have completed all of these processes and have not received a refund, please contact service@separatec.com.
